“I’ve had a good run!”
It is with sadness that I share the peaceful passing of my best friend and partner of 23 amazing years, who made each chapter of our journey exciting and special.
David enjoyed life to the fullest, traveling all over the world and enhancing so many lives with his humour, charm and generosity. Working early on with Liz Claiborne, YSL, Bally of Switzerland, and many more until enhancing his entrepreneurial spirit. Owning several companies, the last of which brought him to Parry Sound where he enjoyed every aspect of the lifestyle. David’s passions were traveling, deep sea fishing in Cabo, boating, race car driving and always the classic dresser! He was a true gentleman.
Dearly missed by partner Karen and the rest of the Hodgkinson’s – Kathy (Walt Meiklejohn), John, Jennifer and niece Keira, who held a very special place in his heart. Pre-deceased by parents Audrey and John Howell. Survived by cousins John, Robert and Andrew MacCrae.
